Observe:

1) The following rules are only general guidelines, and I may make exceptions or changes at any time.

2) There is an entry for each day following my arrival in Colorado on January 28, 2009, and a new entry appears daily at 6:00 am MT. The entries are usually created a few days in advance, and released publicly in an automated fashion. The title of each entry corresponds to its date. For example, the entry for July 4, 2009 is titled "07.04.09".

3) Each entry consists of a single image, a photograph taken either (1) by me, or (2) under my direction. No words, unless I add something in the comments.

4) In display, the image's widest dimension is 640 pixels or less, although most images may be clicked on for enlargement.

5) The pictures are roughly (though not exactly) in chronological order.

6) Locations are not limited to the Denver area, or even Colorado. The blog also includes pictures I have taken in Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. I am always looking to expand this further.

7) Images in this blog have been created using the following cameras, and possibly others:

• Pentax Optio W10
• Pentax Optio W30
• Canon PowerShot A590IS
• FLIR i5 Infrared Camera
• Motorola Z3 phone
• Android G1 phone
• Samsung Gravity 3 phone
• Apple iPod Touch
• Panasonic DMC-LZ8
• Apple iPhone 5

8) Image processing is performed with GIMP. Stitching of images into panoramas is done with Autostitch, or occasionally with the camera's own panorama-making capabilities. Some images were created using filters in Instagram. Animations are produced in Microsoft GIF Animator.

9) Questions and comments are highly encouraged. If readers wish to know about a particular image's circumstances, location, image settings, or technique, please ask about it in the comments and I'll be happy to explain.
